Jerry P. Rhoads
Jerry P. Rhoads has been practicing law since 1966. He founded the firm of Rhoads and Rhoads in 1974 and continues to practice with his brother and two sons, Brad and Chris. He is the past president of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys and is past chair and editor of its workers’ compensation practice section.
Thomas M. Rhoads
Tom Rhoads has been practicing law since 1974 and has been practicing in the firm of Rhoads and Rhoads since 1976. He served for two years in the Kentucky Department of Labor where he performed trial work in the areas of occupational safety and health and wage and hour, and served two years in the U.S. Army.
Bradley P. Rhoads
Brad Rhoads has been practicing law since 1993 and joined the firm in 1996 opening its Owensboro office. He has worked closely with organized labor in arbitration and administrative proceedings. Brad practiced at the law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee from 1993 to 1996 in its litigation section.
Christopher L. Rhoads
Chris Rhoads is a partner in the firm’s Owensboro office and has been practicing law since 1996. He practiced law in the firm of Woodward, Hobson & Fulton in Lexington, Kentucky in its trial practice and product liability litigation section for five years before joining Rhoads and Rhoads in 2000.
Katherine H. Reardon
After graduating from law school, Katie practiced at regional insurance defense firms in Lexington, Kentucky, prior to returning to Owensboro. Katie joined the Owensboro office of Rhoads & Rhoads, P.S.C. in 2010. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Daviess County Bar Association.
Sara J. Martin
A native of Dawson Springs, KY, Sara completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University in 2011 after graduating from Dawson Springs High School in 2007. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in May 2014 from Salmon P. Chase College of Law graduating Cum Laude.
Samuel "Kyle" LaMar
Kyle LaMar has joined the firm’s Owensboro office as an associate. A native of Henderson, Kentucky, Lamar previously practiced law at Keller & Keller LLP in Indianapolis, for nearly five years. He earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Bellarmine University in 2007.
