Nathan Lee Bishop

Nathan Bishop grew up on a tobacco farm in Centertown, Kentucky, where his family ran Bishop’s Grocery from 1973 to 2019. After a childhood of working in tobacco and stocking shelves, Nathan went to Western Kentucky University, where he met his wife, Emily. They are both avid Hilltopper fans. After completing law school at the University of Toledo College of Law, Nathan returned to Kentucky and began practicing at a firm that exclusively represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases and Social Security claims. During this time, he handled litigated cases in Kentucky and Indiana. Nathan also practiced before the Commonwealth of Kentucky Court of Appeals and appealed Social Security claims to the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. In January of 2022, Nathan joined Rhoads & Rhoads and continues to represent seriously injured and disabled individuals. Outside of his professional life, Nathan enjoys spending time with Emily and their English Setters while exploring the outdoors. They are both involved with an English Setter rescue and frequently transport rescue dogs to their new homes.
